Shipping policy

Deliveries:
Please note that all deliveries will be made between 9am - 5pm on a working day. All shipping addresses need to have a person available between these times to accept the delivery. Parcels that need to be re-directed due to no-one being at address will incur additional shipping charges.

We are currently delivering items to Ireland and Northern Ireland at the following rate:

As standard our orders are €6 (up to 10kg) per order or
you can avail for FREE SHIPPING on all orders over €100* per order

For orders to be delivered to UK Mainland, the shipping rate is €12 per order weighing up to 5kg*.

(*Please kindly note that this does not include our furniture orders — these orders cost significantly more to ship and hence orders that include furniture will incur an additional delivery charge - please see more information below about our furniture deliveries.)

Furniture items:

Many of our furniture pieces are sourced from all around the world and therefore once ordered, it may take up to 10 -12 weeks to get delivered.

Please note that the larger items and more fragile items are sent with specialist couriers and need to be sent to an address where a signee can take in the piece between 9 - 5pm Monday to Friday. Parcels that need to be re-directed due to no-one being at address will incur additional shipping charges.

Delivery charge will incur for all furniture items - this will depend on weight, size and quantity of item and area it is being delivered to.

Returns:
If you would like to make a return, we would kindly ask you to contact us within 7 calendar days upon receiving the product. We must be informed via email at info@onemorething.ie BEFORE you send the product back to us.

Once the return has been approved by OMT. | OneMoreThing, the product must be received in by us within 7 calendar days from that date of approval or it will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for packaging the return appropriately.

All items must be returned in the same condition and packaging they were sent in — otherwise a full exchange / refund will not be possible. Always contact us by email at info@onemorething.ie before returning a product as it will be rejected otherwise.

Shipping cost: If you availed of our Free Shipping Over €100 or £90 when placing your order — when you return the order/ part order, the shipping cost will come out of your refund amount. The shipping cost of returning the product(s) will be at the customer's own expenses.

Breakages: Please ensure that you open your order upon arrival and check for breakages. We need to be informed of any issues within 3 working days upon the receipt of your order by email at info@onemorething.ie

When posting your item back, you must obtain proof of postage of your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Any items which arrive back broken due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded. Personalised or custom order items are non-refundable unless damaged or faulty.
