Refund policy

If you would like to make a return, we would kindly ask you to contact us within 7 calendar days upon receiving the product. We must be informed via email BEFORE you send the product back to us.

Once the return has been approved by OMT. | OneMoreThing, the product must be received in by us within 7 calendar days from that date of approval or it will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for packaging the return appropriately.

All items must be returned in the same condition and packaging they were sent in — otherwise a full exchange / refund will not be possible. Always contact us by email at info@onemorething.ie before returning a product as it will be rejected otherwise.

Shipping cost: If you availed of our Free Shipping Over €100 (For Ireland & Northern Ireland only) or Over £90 (For UK only) when placing your order — when you return the order/ part order, the shipping cost will come out of your refund amount. The shipping cost of returning the product(s) will be at the customer's own expenses.

Breakages: Please ensure that you open your order upon arrival and check for breakages. We need to be informed of any issues within 3 working days upon the receipt of your order.

When posting your item back, you must obtain proof of postage of your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Any items which arrive back broken due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded. Personalised or custom order items are non-refundable unless damaged or faulty.
